At Hornsby Fountain Medical Centre our practice philosophy is to provide quality and accessible health care to individuals, families and businesses.
As part of our philosophy we have a wide range of medical and allied health services all within our premises.

We are a BULK BILLING practice OPEN 7 DAYS and offer appointments or walk in visits.

We have a large treatment room with 3 emergency beds staffed by our full time nurse.

Hornsby Fountain Medical Centre is a comprehensive medical facility catering to all your health needs. We are a bulk billing practice open 7 days a week.

Visits to see a GP can be made by making an appointment or a walk in basis. Appointments will take priority over walk in visits.

Hornsby Fountain Medical Centre offers a wide range of medical and allied health services all under one roof to help provide an accessible and convenient medical service.
